Flower Child - Lactation + Postnatal Gummies

Ordered two jars to begin with as I’m struggling to keep my supplies up right now. I started taking them this past Friday so only 4days and omg when they say the taste is amazing. It is! It tastes just like the peelers candy in the peach flavor. I haven’t notice anything in my supply yet but I’ll for sure come back by the end of the first jar to update on that. So far 10/10 recommend! I hope they do a kids vitamin next because my 7yr old loved them!

I gave them to my niece who is nursing her second child. She is not sure it is really making a difference but she reported that they ARE yummy! Give them a try, what have you got to lose?

Lactation gummies.. are definitely a pleasant change from my normal lactation supplements. (These are the first GUMMY style supplement to increase/improve milk production and flow that I’ve tried.) They taste good and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste lingering around.. I'm not sure whether or not they've actually increased my milk production, though. I've been taking them for 6 days but I don't take the entire recommended amount. It calls for 2 gummies x3 times daily. I usually take 2 gummies twice daily simply because no lactation supplement is cheap. Most call for that same amount (2x3daily) and since almost all that I've tried/seen come 60 to a bottle— that goes pretty quickly when you’re taking the full 6 a day.I love that they're fenegreek free. I’ve tried a lot of different supplements and I generally prefer the fenugreek free variety since my little one doesn’t seem to respond well to fenegreek. (He almost always seems particularly gassy when I take the supplements with fenugreek.) They’re also vegan and organic— and 18 calories/serving.Overall, they taste good and don’t bother baby’s tummy.. but I think I’ll finish out this bottle before deciding how much of an impact they’ve had on my milk production.

I went from 2.5 oz to 4 oz on average each pumping session. The blend of moringa, fennel, and blessed thistle along with DHA, choline, and B12 makes me feel like I'm covering both lactation and postnatal recovery in one step. The taste is a little like herbal peach tea, and I love that they're fenugreek-free and sugar-free because that always upset my stomach. After a week of taking them my sessions are steadier and I don't feel as drained.

I appreciate how these pack in helpful ingredients organic moringa, fennel, milk thistle, and blessed thistle for lactation support, along with choline, DHA, and vitamins B12 and D3 to help replenish energy and postpartum wellness. I love that they're vegan, fenugreek-free, gentle on digestion, and naturally tasty way easier to take than pills. I also love that it's a gummy! It's a great clean option that fits my busy routine; I'm hopeful about longer-term benefits as I continue taking them. They taste good and have a slight floral taste to them.
