Flower Child operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, together with any policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

We strive to accurately display and describe our products; however, colors, packaging, or appearance may vary depending on device settings.
Flower Child products include dietary supplements and personal care products intended for general wellness use only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and individual results may vary. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
We do not warrant that products will meet your individual expectations. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Flower Child reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the nature of our products, consumable items such as gummies and supplements are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 3A – CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS & RETURNS
For health, safety, and quality reasons, all consumable products, including gummies, supplements, and ingestible items, are final sale once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@flowerchildnutrition.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current, accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Flower Child is powered by Shopify; however, all sales are made directly between you and Flower Child. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Flower Child.
