Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return window for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on consumable items, including gummies, supplements, and any ingestible products, once they have been delivered.

Eligible items for return must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return for an eligible item, please contact us at customerservice@flowerchildnutrition.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@flowerchildnutrition.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gummies, supplements, and other consumable products

  • Personal care items once opened or used

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to complete the approved return process and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Consumable products are still subject to health and safety restrictions and may not be eligible for return once opened.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
